As much as you need. Payment terms, working hours and the reporting route are agreed in a short document rather than a printed handbook.
Can you look at our arrangements before we move in?
Yes, and any opinion on the matter is written down against what was actually read.
Can you make a start within hours?
Yes - either before the work starts or added to it, with the terms written down for each version.
Does the arrangement cover every kind of attach?
No. A promise of total safety cannot be given in this trade, and we will not pretend it can.
