What Support Includes
Small faults are the infrastructure of the working day.
Most support work here is small and unglamorous - an account that will not unlock, a printer the network forgot, a second screen that stopped being detected. These are resolved quickly when someone knows the office, and slowly when each fault is met for the first time - which is why the practice works with the same offices repeatedly.

In Practice
Short visits, full records.
Hardware problems, second screens, docking stations and the desk setups that quietly decide whether the day starts well. Each visit ends with a note of what was done, so that the next problem starts from a record rather than a blank page.
Get a fault out of the way.
If it is a support problem, one sentence reaches the right place. Office hours are on the contact page and the phone line answers during them.
