Who is agreeing what

The contract runs between NALTHAI SMART LTD, Companies House No. 17431304, London, and the client named in the scope document. The parties are the two of them and nobody standing behind.

How the engagement starts

A written scope and quotation stay open for fourteen days. Acceptance is your written confirmation or an agreed starting date. Work instructed orally shall not count as a contract.

Changes along the way

Extra work is raised as a written variation that you approve before it begins. Conversations in passing do not open the scope.

Prices and payment

Figures are given in British pounds with payment due within fourteen days of the invoice. Late amounts bring statutory interest and recovery costs under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act 1998.

Moving an appointment

Cancellations with a full working day's notice are chargeable at nothing. Same-day cancellations may carry a reasonable charge for the reserved time, told to you before the slot passes.

Discretion

Details of your systems, passwords and network layout remain confidential through and after the engagement. Access is not reused beyond the scope.

Limits of liability

Liability is capped at the fees paid for the affected work. Indirect and consequential loss is excluded where the law allows it, and nothing stated limits liability for death or personal injury by negligence.

Governing rules

The law of England and Wales applies to these terms, with the ordinary courts holding jurisdiction. Difficulties are raised with the practice in writing before any escalation.
